Ski & Snowboard Groups... * No more 522 session bookings available for this season. Want to save money and have a great time? Snow Creek wants your group experience to be easy, convenient and fun, right from the start. And that includes planning and registering your group. (Registration required 3 days in advance - 72 hrs.)
| As a Group, you are expected to : | Arrive as a Group at the same time... have fun! |
| As a Group Leader, you are expected to: | Be organized and know what tickets you need at the Group Sales window...figure it all out BEFORE you get to the window...please, don't hold others up because you are not prepared. |
| One Group means one payment... | If payment for your group needs to be made when you arrive, only the group leader can do this...one group payment...we do not accept or allow individuals in the group to pay individually...that is why we call it a GROUP : ) |
| Tax | MUST have Tax Exempt Cert. with you at time of check-in or tax will be charged. |
| Tickets | Once you have your tickets, distribute them to your group...be sure they know how to put them on correctly and that each person has the correct ticket. For example, don't give a Child's ticket to and Adult, etc... |

If you do not have a tax-exempt letter, 5.6% MO Sales tax will be added on to your total. Equipment rental is subject to availability and issued on a first come-first served basis. Equipment cannot be reserved.

Reservations are suggested for large groups (this will occur when you book your group in advance), private lessons, and required for Snow Monsters+. You must purchase a snow pass (& rental if needed) to participate in lessons.

If you are using Option #1 and checking in and paying when you arrive at Snow Creek, you may make changes - additions or subtractions (not below the minimum of 15) at the one time of check-in only.
- The Group leader will provide payment upon arrival. Cash, Check (From Organization or M.O. - One check - not multiples), or Credit Card (One CC charge - not multiples.) Master Card, Visa, Discover
- This special cannot be applied in addition to other daily or weekly specials, just off regular posted rates.
- If you prepay in full online, there can be no changes to your reservation within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) of your trip. Your tickets will be held in the Group Office at Snow Creek. On your ski date, your group leader will pick your ticket package up at the Group Office upon arrival and you are ready to go. No waiting in line or check-in procedures.

TORNADO ALLEY TUBING GROUP DISCOUNT
Another fabulous, fun group outing is our tube park - TORNADO ALLEY! Available times: Friday, Saturday & Sunday. No more 522 session late night bookings are available for this season.
