**IMPORTANT PROGRAM RULES:
- ** Booking policy
Don't forget your school will be required to pay at least 90% of reservations booked. Many schools are turned away due to the overbooking. If you make reservations for 100 students and only bring 50 you will be held responsible for paying the Beginner rate for 90 students. Also, if your skier count goes OVER the number that you made reservations for and we do not have the capacity for the extra skiers, we reserve the right not to serve any skiers over the amount of your original reservation. SO PLEASE, MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS WITH CARE! - NO ON SITE TICKET UPGRADES
Whatever level you sign up for through the school is what you will receive when you get to Snow Creek. No upgrades, no changes, no refunds after arrival, so choose your options with care! - CHAPERONE RATES are $17 for Beginner and $27 for All Slope.
- CHAPERONE LIMIT – The Maximum number of chaperones that will be allowed to schedule with a Field Trip will be 1 for every seven students.
Snow Creek has the discretion to limit your number of chaperones if we feel that your chaperone to student ratio is unacceptable. This field trip is for the children and sometimes an excess of outside chaperones takes away from their experience. A LIMIT OF 1 CHAPERONE FOR EVERY 7 Skiers is the maximum limit requirement. Not all chaperones have to ski because it is wise to have some inside help also. Teacher in charge skis for FREE!
** These changes are necessary to keep the cost of the program in line and give all schools a chance to participate.
If at any point you have questions or need help - feel free to call us at 816-640-2003 or E-mail FieldTrips@skisnowcreek.com
